Carter Tran

I'm a student at the University of Chicago studying computational and applied mathematics. Most of my time is spent working on side projects and learning more about the current capabilities of frontier AI models in various fields such as quantitative trading, prediction markets, low-level engineering, and devtools.

I've had the privilege of interning at places like Palantir, Amazon, and Nationwide. Before I transferred, I studied data science and math-econ at UC San Diego. I've held positions in tutoring, research, and trading clubs throughout undergrad.
